Manufactured from stainless steel so to keep it looking it’s best for many years to come, we recommend that they are washed by hand.
Ideal for those on the go, wanting to either keep drinks cool or hot for hours.
A good tip, to keep your drinks hotter for longer - before use, pre-fill with boiling water for about 3 minutes, then discard and make your hot drink.
Each logo and name (if purchased) is laser engraved either vertically or horizontally into the coating, showing a nice stainless steel silver finish. The logo colour cannot be in any other colour but the wooden finish. Designs are permanently etched into the mug, and will not come off like vinyl stickers.

Logos must be sent to us in a vector format (EPS, SVG), however, if your graphic is in another format, please send us an Etsy message before purchase.
Please confirm if you would like your logo and personalised name (if purchased) engraved horizontally 'across the mug' or engraved vertically 'up the mug' in the "Add your personalisation" box before check out.

We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm. We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

For returns. if we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us.
