HOW TO ADD YOUR PHOTO:
1. Draw a picture in black (or dark colour) pen or pencil on a light background (white paper is perfect)
2. Scan the picture and send the photo to our email address hello@giftsinajiffy.co.uk after purchase (if you are unable to scan, please send a photo of the drawing from a birds eye view)
3. Please upload ONLY line drawings, done by yourself or family/friends. We cannot use any images that are owned by other sources due to copyright laws
4. Please view our images for an example of an acceptable drawing
Please upload drawings in PDF/JPEG files dark pens on light backgrounds.
We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm. We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.
You will receive an automated email to confirm your item has been despatched.
For returns. if we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us. Non-personalised items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
