Each item in the bundle, apart from the lost button, can be personalised with your child’s name. This will not only create magical memories, but they also act as a wonderful keepsake.

We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm.  We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

You will receive an automated email to confirm your item has been despatched.

For returns. if we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us.
