The artwork is printed using the latest professional grade Dye Sublimation Inks to ensure the finished product is vibrant, and hard wearing. This Mug and is hand-pressed in our studio. The design can be printed on both front and back of the mug.

If you have selected "Yes please!" for a personalised message to be printed onto the back of the Mug, we will print a Bee Trail that connects the Queen Bee on the front of the Mug, to the Flower on the back of the Mug. If "No thank you." is selected, a Bee Trail will not be printed, and the back of the Mug will be blank.

Shipping & Returns

We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm.  We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

You will receive an automated email to confirm your item has been despatched.

For returns. if we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us.
