LOGO DETAILS

The logo colour cannot be in any other colour but Black.

Logos must be sent to us in a vector format (EPS, SVG), however, if your graphic is in another format, please send us an email to hello@giftsinajiffy.co.uk before purchase.

We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm.  We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

You will receive an automated email to confirm your item has been despatched.

For returns. if we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us. Non-personalised items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
