We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm. We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

For returns. if we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us. Non-personalised items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
