A sustainably sourced bamboo water bottle with a stainless steel double wall inside to keep your drink ice cold for up to 12 hours and piping hot for up to 9 hours. The bottle and lid is guaranteed not to leak. Reuse and refill the water bottle as much as you need.

We despatch your order from our UK warehouse the same day where payment is received by 2pm.  We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

For returns. if we have made any errors in the spelling or production of your item, or your item was received damaged, our customer service team may offer a replacement item to be sent to you and you may be required to return the item in its original condition back to us.
